The introduction paragraph is an important part of any essay. It defines the topic or question your essay will examine and motivates your position on it.
Upgrade components
Upgrade components are things that can be inserted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to provide a bonus or extra effect when the equipment is used. They can be purchased from vendors or other players, looted, obtained as a reward, or created using crafting materials. Upgrade items can be cosmetic effects in addition to offering bonus points for attributes.
Infusions, inscriptions and enhancements are all types of upgrade components. They are not accessible to the general public and can only be used on ascended equipment or certain weapons that aren't ascended from the Factions Campaign. Infusions, inscriptions, as well as enrichments can be retrieved from equipment using an Infusion Extraction Device, or saved using a Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool.
Unlike other upgrade items Phoenix Boxes are able to be traded while still connected to the item they are upgrading, and they can be re-used after they are salvaged. These upgrade items can be used to improve the quality of armor and weapon, without spending Dilithium. They can double the likelihood that an item will receive a high-quality upgrade.
An upgrade component placed in an item may be replaced with another but it is not able to replace the original one (except for upgrades of legendaries and equipment that has been ascended). item upgrader can only be added to upgraded items that have an identification level of zero or more. When you upgrade an existing weapon equipped with a prefix or suffix upgrade will display the name of the upgraded item as it would appear in the game (for instance, adding the Radiant Insignia to Canthan Armor will cause it to be referred to as Canthan Armor of Minor Vigor). A player can have up to 3 upgrade items at any one time.

Glyphs
Glyphs can be an excellent accessory to any item. They provide unique benefits and boosts. Some glyphs can also increase the number of affixes on an item, increasing its overall strength. These glyphs are acquired through working through the dungeons. They can also be found in specific World Tier 3 zones. It's important to remember that glyphs can only be used by players who have created a root-dungeon with the same depth.
To use a Glyph you first need to create it using components and then connect them via anchors. Then, the component will automatically align itself to other components and paths in the same layer. If you do not want to create the glyph using components, you can employ an array of paths and anchors. Drag an element in close proximity to the highlighted component to snap it into place.
Certain glyphs require specific conditions to be fulfilled, such as 25 Dexterity in a particular area on the Paragon Board. Some require a specific number of Primary Stat nodes to activate which is sometimes difficult to attain. Some glyphs have a radius that increases as you move it up.
Glyphs can be applied to many different items and weapons, except for those of a specific class. Some of these glyphs have conditional requirements for example, like having a certain amount of Dexterity or Attack damage in a specific location on the Paragon board.
The Defend Glyph gives you an 5% chance to deflect attacks from enemies. It also has a 15% chance to make the Hero vulnerable for 2 turns.
There are also a handful of glyphs that can be applied to tools with limited-use capabilities like the Black Lion Chest or Trading Post. These glyphs contribute to the Combat Mechanic Achievement.
The most common glyphs are the attack glyphs which boost the ATK substats of Artifacts by a flat value. These glyphs are especially useful for classes that rely on weapons that are ranged, like Warriors or Rogues. The Exploit Glyph makes enemies who strike the Hero vulnerable to damaging effects.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens are tokens that are used to reroll the results when performing an Action. They are destroyed when the reroll occurs. Reroll tokens can be obtained in a variety of ways, such as through dungeons and raids, or by participating in skirmishes. They can also be purchased in the store or from other players. They are particularly useful in dungeons and trials, since they allow players to roll the rewards from the chest at the end.
The values for recycling points are provided for items that are at level 1. When recycle an item, it will add a certain amount of points to the upgrade gauge. This number will increase based on the item's level and rarity. In addition, the upgraded item won't keep its level when it is rerolled, and the cost for recycling an upgraded item goes up depending on the level of the item.
Alternatively, item upgrade can use reroll tokens to reroll an upgrade item, but this will not return the item to its original condition or give it its original stats. This is a great option for those who want to reroll a piece of equipment they don't love but want to keep in their collection.
Three kinds of upgrade coins are available in the game - the reroll, the randomly generated, and upgrade. Each type comes with a variety of subtypes. For instance, tokens that reroll are available in three levels: enhanced, rare and legendary. Each requires an item of the respective level to produce an item of the same quality.
To use tokens that reroll you must select "Reroll Token" by right-clicking the Satanic or Angelic items in your inventory. Then, choose a type of token. The available tokens include Item, Weapon, Misc, 1hgun, 2hgun and Focus. Using an Item token will produce an entirely new Item of any quality. Utilizing item upgrade or a Weapon or Misc token will create an entirely new weapon belonging to the same faction.
The item can be upgraded to a different item that has the same stats but a higher level. This will occur when the item is in the Pool that cannot be dropped or has been transferred to it as part of the Franchise Card.
